Can you remember at time when you became so frustrated with a questionnaire that you did not finish it? Why was it frustrating. What do you think the designer of the questionnaire could have done differently?
There are few times I got frustrated doing questionnaire. It was 2011 census survey. It was very confusing at the end I had to call them and ask if I have to do all these other questions. They should have told us these other questions are optional. The designer of the questionnair could have told the user these questions are optional. They should have review the survey before. the census questionnnair should be straightforward because it is for whole family members. The survey questionnaire should be easy and meaningful.
There are many times the survey questionnaire are not probably done. I would recommend them to follow instruction for doing the questionnaire. When they are making the questionnaire they should test it. The questionnaire should be specific questions related to the topics only.
I do not like how some website will pop up saying would you like to do a survey for us. Nowdays I believe survey is becoming very usefull. I remember how Dell techician fix the laptop or solve our problems about the laptop they will send us email saying please fill this survey.
